Statement of Reasons
Our estate planning lawyers are experts in the field and can assist you in the drafting of your Statement of Reasons to accompany your Will. The statement of reasons is required from the Willmaker to explain the reasons for the decisions set out in their Will.
We’re here to explain what must be addressed in your letter to ensure it is most effective to achieve your desired outcome and protection. It’s our job to ensure your Will, and other estate planning documents will stand the test of time.
Testamentary Guardianship
We can assist you in the process of appointing a Testamentary Guardian in your Will.
A testamentary guardian is someone appointed in your Will to look after your children in the event of your death. This person will make decisions about the up bringing of your child including things such as their education, where they live, religion etc. If you want to leave directions for these decisions, we can assist you with a Letter of Wishes.
If there is a matter you need assistance with that isn’t listed in our services, please contact our team and we are more than happy to discuss your needs and how we can assist.
