Hi, I’m Rhiannon.
I have lived in beautiful Bowen for the past 10 years. I attended high school in Bowen up until Year 11 and then transitioned to Whitsunday Christian College in Airlie Beach to complete Grade 12. After graduating, I returned to Bowen, where I entered the workforce working as a full-time receptionist for 7 years in a busy doctor’s surgery.
After leaving the doctors surgery, I began my career in law by working for a well-known law firm in Bowen in an administration role. I was approached to advance my career into conveyancing, and I jumped at the chance- I thought it was the perfect opportunity for a change.
I have been at PD Law since September 2022. I started as an assistant to the conveyancing team, and now 9 months later, I am assisting clients with purchasing and selling properties as a Conveyancing Paralegal.
Why Law?
I’ve worked in customer service and administration roles for the past 7 years. All administration roles require you to be thorough and caring and they all involve A LOT of paperwork. I pride myself on attention to detail and having a strong work ethic.
I like working in conveyancing because I am always busy & can help people. I love the feeling of supporting a client through what can be an overwhelming process. There can be so much involved with purchasing or selling a property and I do my best to ensure my clients feel supported throughout the process.
Once a settlement is complete, being able to call a client to say “congratulations” is a great feeling.
How would you describe your approach?
I pride myself on being thorough, patient, and polite. I also show attention to detail in all matters, and always look out for my clients’ best interests.
Although I don’t have years of experience (yet), I will always go above and beyond to make the process smooth for the client and answer any questions they may have.
Qualifications & Experience:
