Hi, I’m Brittney.
During high school I completed several certificate courses as well as a Diploma of Marketing and worked part time as a marketing coordinator for a coaching business.
I started working in migration law when I was 17 years old after graduating high school. I worked for a local migration agency in Airlie Beach for 5 years where I was first employed as a receptionist, and over time worked my way up to senior case manager & office manager.
In 2020, I worked & studied full time and graduated with a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law & Practices with high distinction. 3 years later, I am now working at PD Law assisting the family & crime team with their matters.
Why PD Law?
I enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where meeting deadlines, and being detail orientated is an advantage. I love case management and being organised – I love to follow procedures to ensure things run smoothly.
I saw PD Law had a position available and applied. I had an interview and was given a position that day; it felt like it was meant to be.
I am very excited to be given the opportunity to work alongside great lawyers in the family & crime team, which will allow me to expand my career in the future.
How would you describe your approach?
I have worked one on one with many different clients in support of their visa & citizenship applications. I pride myself on being honest & direct, whilst remaining compassionate and supportive. I always do my best to help a client, or colleague in whatever way I can.
