PD Law is pleased to announce that Ali Ladd has been promoted to Senior Associate.
Ali joined PD Law at the start of her legal career, and over the past eight years has developed into a lawyer both clients and colleagues respect and trust. During this time, she has gained experience across nearly every major area of the practice, including:
- estate planning and administration;
- residential conveyancing, and
- commercial freehold and leasehold matters, and complex multiparty business and share transactions (including mergers and acquisitions).
This breadth of experience has shaped her holistic approach to legal matters, understanding how issues intersect across different areas of law, and the importance of considering the broader context in every decision.
Ali is known for the care and consistency she brings to her work. She handles complex matters with focus and clear judgment, approaching each client and business as more than a file, and always keeping their best interests at the centre of her advice.
Within the firm, Ali has established herself as a reliable and respected leader. She shares her expertise generously, mentors colleagues, and fosters professional development. Her collaborative approach has strengthened teamwork and reinforced a culture of professionalism throughout the practice.
