Shazni Tiplady

Hi, I’m Shazni.

I was born in a small town on the South Island of New Zealand and moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2013, where I completed my schooling. I’ve since earned a Certificate III in Business and a Certificate IV in Property Services.

My career began in real estate as a front-of-house receptionist, before transitioning to a local law firm where I progressed to the role of Assistant Developments Paralegal and Conveyancer.

In 2024, my partner and I relocated to Airlie Beach after a road trip led us to fall in love with the Whitsundays and the lifestyle it offers.

I’ve always had a strong interest in the property industry. After working across both real estate and property law, I’m excited to have found my place as a Conveyancer at PD Law. I’m passionate about building genuine relationships and providing professional yet approachable service—ensuring clients feel supported through what can often be a stressful process.

I’m eager to grow my knowledge and take on new challenges with the team at PD Law.
