Cody Faux

Hi, I’m Cody.

I grew up in various towns across Australia but am originally from Far North Queensland. In 2023, I completed my Criminology degree at James Cook University in Townsville and went on to work as a Caseworker at Youth Justice. I have a strong interest in understanding human behaviour, the motivations behind crime, and uncovering the “why” behind people’s actions.

I relocated to the Whitsundays in December 2024 and quickly fell in love with the community and its beautiful beaches. Being half Italian, I have a deep appreciation for food and coffee, and I enjoy cooking and baking in my spare time.

I joined PD Law at the beginning of 2025 as an Executive Assistant and have since become something of a ‘Jack-of-all-trades’ for the team–taking on a wide range of assignments and challenges across the firm. I have enjoyed working in a collaborative team environment and expanding my knowledge across the different areas of law.
