Finance Assistant
Part Time (Cannonvale Office)

The Position
We are seeking a part-time Finance Assistant to join our team, working three days per week from our Cannonvale office.
This role supports the financial operations of the firm and plays an important part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our accounts and financial administration.
Getting the Job Done
The Finance Assistant will assist with the firm’s financial processes and work closely with our team to maintain accurate and efficient financial records.
Key responsibilities include:
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Invoicing
- Reconciliation
- Payroll support
- Other administrative tasks as required
Who we are Looking for?
We are looking for a reliable and organised individual who is comfortable working with financial data and systems, and who enjoys contributing to a collaborative team environment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong communication skills
- A proactive and reliable work ethic
- Experience in bookkeeping or finance administration (preferred but not essential)

That will depend on you and your experience. We pay above market rates for our region.

Conveyancing Paralegal
Full Time (Cannonvale Office)

The Position
You can join us on a full-time basis as a conveyancing para-legal managing your own matters. You will be part of a growing conveyancing team led by our conveyancing manager who has 30 years of experience.
Getting the Job Done
We rely on automated workflows to assist with all administrative tasks. Our team has an open and modern approach and welcomes input and engagement from our entire team.
