Receptionist
FULL TIME
PD Law is a growing, modern law firm servicing Cannonvale, Bowen and the Whitsundays. We are seeking a Full-Time Receptionist to join our Cannonvale office in a long-term role.
This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and supporting a busy professional team.
About the role
- Front office reception duties and client service
- Answering phones, managing emails and bookings
- General administration, scanning, mail and file management
- EFTPOS payments, banking and safe custody support
- Basic tech and systems support for staff
- Assisting with overflow accounting and finance tasks when required
About you
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident with technology and willing to learn new systems
- Professional, reliable and team-oriented
- Able to manage competing priorities
- Word and Excel skills
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle required
