Melissa and her husband, Jason, are originally from the UK, having emigrated to Sydney in 2003. They were lured to the incredible scenery of the Whitsundays in 2008 and became Australian citizens in 2009.
What has been your favourite holiday destination?
The Greek Islands; all of them are stunningly beautiful, the highlight was travelling to Olympia the home of the very first Olympic Games, there is so much history there!
What is your pet hate?
Bad grammar and people who overshare on Facebook!
What do you love to do in your spare time?
I love being near the water and in addition to walking my dogs, Sooki and Scotty, I love photography and wildlife. My perfect weekend would be to go out to the reef or resort islands, snorkeling and then having a lovely meal of seafood and a glass of sauvignon blanc!
