Hi, I’m Rosie.
I was born in Proserpine and was lucky enough to call Airlie Beach home. In my teen years my family moved to Sydney where I graduated high school and completed a Diploma of Business Administration.
After completing my studies, I began working as a legal secretary in the city. I stayed in Sydney for a few years, which allowed me to gain essential experience which I have been able to carry over to PD Law. I loved my time in the city, but knew I wanted to come back home.
I’ve been working at PD Law since June 2022, as administration support, where I assist our commercial team wherever necessary. If you have a commercial matter with us, you’re bound to hear from me at one stage or another.
Why Law?
A short and simple answer to this, is it just happened! Studying business administration gave me the opportunity to expand my career into the legal industry.
Law is an everchanging industry which always keeps you on your toes. Every client and matter we work with is unique, and it’s important to me to ensure a smooth & easy process for everyone.
I appreciate the people I work with and how much I can learn from them. The practical knowledge I’ve gained from my years in the industry is useful and can be applied to my own life in many different aspects.
How would you describe your approach?
From personal experience, I understand how stressful buying & selling property can be – regardless of the price! It can be a lot of emotional and financial stress if not handled correctly. From working as a legal secretary for over 5 years, I understand you must always think ahead and prepare for the next stage.
I pride myself on creating a positive and smooth experience for clients and keeping good lines of communication. It brings me satisfaction to know I’m supporting my team in their roles and ultimately supporting our client’s overall experience.
